【摘要】 以福州市某高校为研究对象,结合暴雨洪水管理模型(SWMM),选用透水铺装、植草沟、雨水花园、下凹式绿地4种低影响开发(LID)设施,设计4种不同的LID设施组合,并基于熵权法与TOPSIS模型进行综合评价,从雨水调控、水质改善及经济成本3个维度分析其效益。结果表明,4种组合均能减小地表径流量、降低总溢流量及削减污染物排放,其中以透水铺装为主、雨水花园与下凹式绿地交替使用的组合效果最佳。

【Abstract】 Taking a university in Fuzhou as the research object, combined with the storm water management model(SWMM), four different low impact development(LID) facility combinations were designed using four types of LID facilities: permeable pavement, grass swales, rain gardens, and recessed green spaces. A comprehensive evaluation was conducted based on the entropy weight method and the TOPSIS model, analyzing their benefits from three dimensions: rainwater regulation, water quality improvement, and economic cost. The results showed that all four combinations could reduce surface runoff, lower total overflow, and reduce pollutant discharge. Among them, the combination that primarily uses permeable pavement, with rain gardens and recessed green spaces used alternately, achieves the best effect.
