【摘要】 民族地区教育精准支持政策旨在通过更加精准、有力的政策支持，缩小区域间公共教育服务差距，增进共同性和促进公平公正。党的十八大以来，党和国家的中心任务是以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴。这就需要促进民族地区加快融入国家发展大局，以全局视角审视和推动民族地区教育发展，确保其与国家整体发展战略相协调、相促进。在此背景下，该政策体系的构建既是学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在教育领域的具体实践，也是教育强国建设的必然要求。面向教育强国建设的民族地区教育精准支持政策体系构建，需立足我国统一的多民族国家国情和教育发展的现实，把握实质教育公平的价值逻辑、铸牢中华民族共同体意识的目标逻辑、增进共同性的实践逻辑，以及坚持公平公正、以人为本、精准发力和科学灵活原则导向的基础上，从因地制宜制策、精准识别受益对象、平衡利益分配、建立政策监督与评估机制、健全政策发展保障机制等多个方面探索可能的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central task of the Party and the country has been to comprehensively advance the building of a strong nation and national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization.This requires promoting the faster integration of ethnic regions into the overall national development plan,viewing and advancing the development of education in ethnic regions from a broader perspective,and ensuring that it aligns with and supports the national development strategy.In this context,the construction of a precise support policy system for education in ethnic regions is not only a concrete practice of studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the field of education,but also an important component of constructing an independent knowledge system of Chinese education theory,and a necessary requirement for building a strong education nation.The construction of a precise support policy system for education in ethnic regions,aimed at building a strong education nation,needs to be based on the specific national conditions of our unified multi-ethnic country and the realities of educational development.It should,while upholding the value logic of achieving educational equity,the goal logic of strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community,and the practical logic of promoting common development,as well as adhering to the principles of fairness and justice,people-centeredness,precise action,and scientific flexibility,explore possible strategies from multiple perspectives.These include formulating policies according to local conditions,accurately identifying beneficiaries,balancing the distribution of benefits,establishing policy supervision and evaluation mechanisms,and improving mechanisms to ensure sustainable policy development.更多还原
