智能响应性水凝胶材料及响应途径的研究进展
Research progress in smart responsive hydrogel materials and their response mechanisms
【摘要】 智能响应性水凝胶是最新一代的水凝胶形式,可响应内源性或外源性刺激,从而触发释药或实现特定效应。本综述介绍了常用的天然和人工合成两大类水凝胶材料的优势、局限性、优化方式,以及部分内源和外源刺激响应的实现途径。最后,对当前水凝胶优化方法的局限性与未来发展进行了总结与展望。
【Abstract】 Smart responsive hydrogels represent the latest generation of hydrogel systems, which can respond to endogenous or exogenous stimuli to trigger drug release or achieve specific effects. This article introduces the advantages, limitations, and optimization strategies of two major categories of hydrogel materials(natural and synthetic), as well as the mechanisms for achieving responses to various endogenous and external stimuli. Additionally, the current limitations of hydrogel optimization methods and future development prospects are summarized and discussed.
