【摘要】 红医精神是中国共产党领导广大军民在革命战争年代医疗卫生实践中锤炼形成的精神瑰宝，其“政治坚定、无私奉献，技术优良、救死扶伤，艰苦奋斗、勇于开创”的精神品质蕴含着丰富的思政育人价值。新时代下，医学院校肩负着为党和国家培养德才兼备医学人才的重要使命。然而，当前部分医学生存在理想信念淡化、专业认同弱化、人文精神缺失与创新意识不足等现实问题。为此，医学院校应充分挖掘红医精神的思政育人资源，通过课堂联动、课程融合、数智赋能等实践路径，将其融入医学院校思政育人体系。进而在价值重塑方面，引导医学生树立正确职业观，应对职业认同危机；在伦理重构方面，强化医德医风教育，回应“德”与“术”分离问题；在主体激励方面，激发主动探索热情，增强自主创新意识。通过上述举措，共同营造浓厚的红医育人氛围，为培养新时代高质量医学人才提供强劲动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Red Medical Spirit is a precious spiritual treasure forged by the Communist Party of China through the medical and health practices of the military and civilian population during the revolutionary war era. Its core qualities—political firmness, selfless dedication, excellent technical skills, saving lives and treating the injured, hard work, and courageous innovation—embody rich ideological and political educational value. In the new era, medical schools bear the important mission of cultivating morally and professionally competent medical talent for the Party and the nation. However, some medical students currently face practical issues such as weakened ideals and beliefs, diminished professional identity, lack of humanistic spirit, and insufficient innovative awareness. Therefore, medical schools should fully tap into the ideological and political education resources of the Red Medical Spirit, integrating it into their ideological and political education systems through practical pathways such as classroom collaboration, curriculum integration, and digital intelligence empowerment. In terms of value reformation, medical schools should guide medical students to establish a correct professional outlook and resolve the crisis of professional identity; in terms of ethical reconstruction, strengthen medical ethics education and address the issue of "separation of morality and skill"; in terms of subject motivation, stimulate proactive exploration and enhance independent innovation awareness.
