基于轨道物流系统的药品转运管理流程优化与应用效果

【摘要】 针对传统人工配送效率低下问题,杭州市某院引入轨道物流系统后,初期存在小车使用率低、转运时间长、差错率高等问题。通过制定标准化药品转运流程、优化操作细节与设备功能、建立人员培训考核机制等措施进行改进。以2023年12月(3 642趟)为对照组,2024年3月(4 986趟)为观察组。结果显示:优化后日均转运次数显著提升,均次转运时间缩短,小车闲置次数大幅下降,药品转运差错率由1.40%降至0.26%(P<0.01)。研究表明,标准化管理可有效提升药品转运效率与安全性。

【Abstract】 In response to the low efficiency of traditional manual distribution, a certain hospital in Hangzhou introduced a rail logistics system. Initially, there were problems such as low usage rate of the carts, long transfer time, and high error rate. These issues were improved through measures such as formulating standardized drug transfer procedures, optimizing operational details and equipment functions, and establishing a personnel training and assessment mechanism. The 3 642 trips in December 2023(the control group) and the 4 986 trips in March 2024(the observation group) were used for the comparison. The results showed that after optimization, the average daily transfer frequency significantly increased, the average transfer time was shortened, the idle times of the carts decreased significantly, and the error rate of drug transfer dropped from 1.40% to 0.26%(P<0.01). The study indicates that the standardized management can effectively improve the efficiency and safety of drug transfer.
