农业机械化对农业气候韧性的影响研究——基于农业科研投入的调节效应
Study on the influence of agricultural mechanization on agricultural climate resilience: Based on the regulatory effect of agricultural research input
【摘要】 农业机械化对构建农业气候韧性和推动农业现代化建设有着重要意义。基于2012—2022年我国31个省(区、市)的农业生产面板数据,利用熵值法测度农业气候韧性水平,运用Tobit模型实证分析农业机械化对农业气候韧性的影响,并检验农业科研投入的调节作用。研究结果表明:在时序维度上,2012—2022年农业气候韧性水平整体呈现稳定上升趋势;在空间维度上,农业气候韧性水平呈现“东高西低”的地区分布特征。农业机械化对农业气候韧性具有显著提升作用,农业科研投入在农业机械化影响农业气候韧性中起到正向调节作用。在不同农业经济占比地区和不同韧性维度间,农业机械化对农业气候韧性的影响存在异质性,农业经济占比较高地区和农业气候韧性的适应力受农业机械化影响更为显著。因此,应推动农业机械化全程全面高质量发展,强化农业科研投入对气候适应和减缓措施的支持力度,制定区域差异化农业气候韧性提升策略,从而增强农业系统应对气候冲击的韧性能力。
【Abstract】 Agricultural mechanization is of great significance for building climate-resilient agriculture and promoting agricultural modernization. Based on the panel data of agricultural production in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in China from 2012 to 2022, the entropy method was used to measure the level of agricultural climate resilience, and the Tobit model was used to empirically analyze the impact of agricultural mechanization on agricultural climate resilience, and the moderating effect of agricultural scientific research investment was tested. The results showed that in the time series dimension, the overall level of agricultural climate resilience from 2012 to 2022 showed a stable upward trend. In the spatial dimension, the level of agricultural climate resilience showed a regional distribution characteristic of “high in the east and low in the west”. Agricultural mechanization had a significant effect on agricultural climate resilience, and agricultural scientific research investment played a positive role in the impact of agricultural mechanization on agricultural climate resilience. There was heterogeneity in the impact of agricultural mechanization on agricultural climate resilience in different regions with different agricultural economic proportions and different resilience dimensions, and the adaptability of areas with a high proportion of agricultural economy and agricultural climate resilience was more significantly affected by agricultural mechanization. Therefore, it is necessary to promote the full-process, all-round and high-quality development of agricultural mechanization, strengthen the support of agricultural scientific research investment for climate adaptation and mitigation measures, and formulate regionally differentiated strategies for improving agricultural climate resilience, so as to enhance the resilience of agricultural systems to cope with climate shocks.
