【摘要】 托管组织服务效率的高低，对托管服务行业的生存发展及整个农业现代化进程有着重要影响。基于安徽省577家托管组织的实地调研数据，综合运用DEA模型和Tobit回归方法，测度服务效率水平并分析其影响因素。结果表明：安徽省托管组织综合技术效率均值为0.126，纯技术效率和规模效率分别为0.579、0.223，反映出技术应用中等但规模配置显著不足的现状。Tobit回归显示农民合作社（效率值0.059）和村集体经济组织（0.043）效率显著高于农机大户，研究表明安徽省托管服务效率低下主要源于资源配置失衡与规模经济缺失，需通过优化土地连片经营、强化技术培训、完善仓储设施及政策精准扶持等措施协同推进效率提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 The efficiency of hosting organization services has a significant impact on the survival and development of the hosting service industry and the entire process of agricultural modernization. This article is based on field research data from 577 hosting organizations in Anhui Province, and comprehensively uses DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis) model and Tobit regression method to measure the level of service efficiency and analyze its influencing factors. The results showed that the average comprehensive technical efficiency of the entrusted organizations in Anhui Province was 0. 126, with pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 0. 579 and 0. 223, respectively, reflecting the current situation of moderate technology application but significantly insufficient scale configuration. Tobit regression shows that the efficiency of farmer cooperatives(efficiency value 0. 059) and village collective economic organizations(0. 043) is significantly higher than that of large-scale agricultural machinery farmers. Research shows that the low efficiency of entrusted services in Anhui Province is mainly due to the imbalance of resource allocation and the lack of economies of scale.
