纳米远红外热能密集烤房设计与试验

【摘要】 为提高密集烤房发热设备整体能效、烘烤效率和经济效益,减少烟叶烘烤造成的环境污染,设计纳米远红外热能密集烤房,包括密集烤房纳米远红外供热设备和通风除湿设备构造,并与生物质密集烤房在烤后烟叶外观质量、经济性状、效益指标和化学成分等方面进行对比研究。结果表明,纳米远红外热能密集烤房能够更好地实现保湿烘烤,烘烤过程中烟叶含水量下降速度平缓。烤后烟叶外观品质得到提升,中上等烟叶比例提高8.13%、16.04%(p<0.05),均价提升6.22元/kg、8.29元/kg(p<0.05),每烤次经济效益增加2 291.54元、3 517.21元(p<0.05),总糖和还原糖含量也显著升高。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the overall energy efficiency, baking productivity and economic benefit of the heating equipment in the intensive baking room and reduce environmental pollution caused by tobacco baking, a nano far-infrared thermal intensive baking room was designed, including the construction of thermal energy equipment and ventilation and dehumidification equipment for nano far-infrared heat intensive baking rooms. A comparative study was conducted between the nano far-infrared thermal energy intensive baking room and the biomass intensive baking room in terms of the external quality, economic characteristics, benefit indicators, and chemical composition of the cured tobacco leaves. The results showed that the nano far-infrared thermal energy intensive curing barn could better achieve moisture-retaining curing, andthe moisture content of the entire tobacco leaves cured in the nano far-infrared heat intensive baking room was decreased gently, the external quality was improved, proportion of the high-middle grade tobacco leaves was added by 8. 13% and 16. 04%(p<0. 05), the average price was increased 6. 22 yuan/kg and 8. 29 yuan/kg(p<0. 05), economic benefit was increased 2 291. 54 and 3 517. 21 yuan per baking room(p<0. 05), what′s more, total sugar and reducing sugar content of the cured tobacco leaves were significantly higher than that of the biomass intensive baking rooms.
