基于机器视觉的蒜种正芽机构设计与试验

【摘要】 针对目前大蒜机械化播种中存在蒜种鳞芽朝上入土困难以及蒜种正芽率低的问题,设计一种基于机器视觉的蒜种正芽装置。以苍山大蒜为研究对象,根据大蒜正芽种植工艺要求及蒜种物理特性参数,对立姿装置及翻转装置进行结构设计,确定基本参数取值范围,在理论分析的基础上,对立姿装置立姿过程进行Adams运动学仿真分析,建立蒜种和立姿装置的有限元模型,结合蒜种的运动分析和立姿装置结构参数分析,确定立姿装置锥角的取值范围。以蒜种正芽率为试验指标,选取立姿装置锥角、十字转毂孔径、蒜种初速度为试验因素,进行正交试验。得出最佳参数组合,当立姿装置锥角为31.8°、蒜种初速度为0.8 m/s和十字转毂孔径为26.4 mm时,蒜种正芽率为95.5%。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of difficulty in planting garlic seeds with the bud facing upwards and the low rate of correct buds in the current garlic mechanical sowing, a garlic seed correct bud device based on machine vision is designed. Taking Cangshan garlic as the research object, according to the technical requirements of garlic sprout planting and the physical characteristic parameters of garlic seeds, the structure design of the standing device and the flipping device is carried out, and the range of basic parameters is determined. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the standing process of the standing device is simulated by Adams kinematics, and the finite element model of the garlic seeds and standing device is established. Based on the analysis of the movement of garlic seeds and the structural parameters of the standing device, the value range of the cone angle of the standing device was determined. The orthogonal experiment was carried out with the positive bud rate of garlic seed as the test index, and the cone angle of standing device, the inner diameter of cross hub and the initial velocity of garlic seed as the test factors. The optimal parameter combination was obtained. When the standing device cone angle was 31.8°, the initial velocity of the garlic seed was 0.8 m/s and the inner diameter of the cross hub was 26.4 mm, the positive germination rate of the garlic seed was 95.5%.
