数智驱动干预技术在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动康复中的应用进展
Digital and intelligent intervention technology in exercise rehabilitation for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease patients
【摘要】 慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病率高、疾病负担重,运动康复是其重要非药物干预手段。近年来,数智驱动干预技术借助物联网、可穿戴设备、人工智能等技术,在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者运动康复中实现了精准评估、智能监测和个性化指导与优化。文章综述了数智驱动干预技术在慢性阻塞性肺疾病运动康复中应用的最新进展及面临挑战与应对,为医护人员推动数字化康复管理提供参考。
【Abstract】 Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD) has a high prevalence and imposes a significant disease burden. Exercise rehabilitation is a key non-pharmacological intervention. In recent years, digital and intelligent intervention technology utilizing the Internet of Things, wearable devices, and artificial intelligence has made it possible to carry out precise assessment, intelligent monitoring, and personalized guidance and optimization in COPD rehabilitation. This review summarizes the latest advancements and challenges in digital and intelligent interventions for COPD rehabilitation, providing a reference for medical professionals in promoting digital rehabilitation management.
