【摘要】 在经济全球化与现代化进程持续推进的背景下，百年茶企作为传统产业的重要组成部分，置身于传统与现代的交汇点，面临着如何利用“老资本”应对“新市场”的难题。采用纵向案例研究方法，以木门茶业为研究对象，从双元创新视角探索了百年茶企的传承与创新过程。研究发现，百年茶企的发展遵循传承式创新规律，呈现出阶段化双元创新特征，其演化路径依次经历代际传承、利用式创新、双元协同创新、探索式创新四个阶段。研究结果可为百年茶企在全球化背景下实现传承与创新的平衡提供理论依据和实践启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of rapid economic globalization and modernization, century-old tea enterprises, as an important component of traditional industries, are at the intersection of tradition and modernity, facing the challenge of how to utilize “traditional endowments” to cope with “emerging markets”. This article adopts a longitudinal case study method, taking Mumen Tea as the research object, and explores the inheritance and innovation process of century-old tea enterprises from the perspective of ambidextrous innovation. Research has found that the development path of century-old tea enterprises follows the law of inheritance-oriented innovation, exhibiting phased dual innovation characteristics. Their evolutionary path follows intergenerational inheritance, utilization-oriented innovation, ambidextrous collaborative innovation, and exploratory innovation. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical implications for century-old tea enterprises to achieve a balance between inheritance and innovation in the context of globalization.更多还原
