【摘要】 完善学科交叉治理体系，既是破解传统学科壁垒、重构高等教育生态的关键机制，也是推进一流学科建设、加快教育强国建设的有力支撑。学科交叉治理体系构建的基本要素包括治理理念、治理结构、治理制度、治理机制，其底层逻辑是由政策驱动与学科发展共同塑造的运行系统。针对实践层面学科交叉治理体系在目标定位、组织形态与决策评价维度存在的困境问题和深层矛盾，未来的改革路径应从治理体系构建着手，通过系统性制度设计，激活学科协同创新的内生动力，为提升学科生产力提供可持续动能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improving the interdisciplinary governance system is not only a key mechanism for breaking down traditional disciplinary barriers and reconstructing the higher education ecosystem, but also a powerful support for advancing the construction of first-class disciplines and accelerating the development of a leading country in education. The basic elements of the interdisciplinary governance system include governance philosophy, governance structure, governance system, and governance mechanism. Its underlying logic is an operational system shaped by both policy-driven and disciplinary development. In response to the dilemmas and deep-seated contradictions in the goal orientation, organizational form, and decision-making evaluation dimensions of the interdisciplinary governance system at the practical level, the future reform path should start with the construction of the governance system. Through systematic institutional design, it aims to activate the endogenous driving force of disciplinary collaborative innovation and provide sustainable momentum for enhancing disciplinary productivity.更多还原
