纵贯式研究生课程体系建设研究——以现代测量与遥感技术课程为例

【摘要】 随着高等教育的快速发展，研究生教育作为培养高层次人才的重要途径，其质量和效果越来越受到社会的关注。当前，研究生教育面临着诸多挑战，如课程内容过于宽泛、理论与实践脱节、学科间孤立、缺乏实践机会及思政教育缺乏针对性等诸多问题。这些问题严重影响研究生的培养质量和效果。因此，迫切需要创新研究生教育模式，以提升研究生的专业素养、实践能力和思想政治素质。为提升研究生教育质量，以现代测量与遥感技术课程为例，创新性地提出“一课一中心”，“两度”相结合，“一做”重实践，思政创“特色”的“1211”人才培养模式，期望通过该模式探索提高研究生人才培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 As higher education continues to rapidly advance, graduate education, serving as a pivotal avenue for nurturing advanced talents, is attracting ever-increasing societal scrutiny with respect to its quality and efficacy. Presently, graduate education is confronted with a multitude of challenges, including excessively broad course curricula, a disconnect between theoretical knowledge and practical application, isolation among various disciplines, a dearth of practical opportunities and a lack of targeted ideological and political education. These impediments profoundly undermine the quality and outcomes of graduate training. Consequently, there is a pressing imperative to innovate the graduate education paradigm, with the aim of elevating graduates’ professional expertise, practical competencies, and ideological and political standards. These problems have significantly impacting the quality and efficacy of graduate student training. In order to elevate the professional expertise, practical abilities,and ideological and political qualities of graduate student, this study take Modern Measurement and Remote Sensing Technology course as an example and represents a innovation graduate education paradigm named "1211" talent cultivation model, which centers on "one course", integrates "two dimensions", emphasizes "one practice", and incorporates ideological and political "education as a unique feature". It is our aspiration that this model will serve as a means to explore and enhance the quality of graduate student cultivation.更多还原
