金融学国家级一流本科专业建设实践与创新

【摘要】 作为特色鲜明的代表性高校，华侨大学金融学专业在“一校两生”的学情下，遵循“差异化与融合并举”的原则，开展国家级一流本科专业建设。该文剖析原有培养方案、师资队伍、教学条件和人才培养模式等不适应学情的问题，归纳解决问题的培养方案、课程体系、师资队伍、教学规范、教学条件、质量保障、培养效果评估和人才培养模式八个方面的改革措施，提炼聚焦学情特色的“境内生培养和境外生培养”两条主线、立足学情特色的“差异化与融合并举”的培养原则、贯穿学情特色于金融学专业建设的八大模块、党建与业务深度融合等创新举措，展示专业建设的成效与推广应用情况，对招收境外生和民族生等多生源的兄弟院校具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a representative university with distinct characteristics, the finance major of Huaqiao University follows the principle of "differentiation and integration" in the learning context of "one school, two students", and carries out the construction of a national first-class undergraduate major. The problems of the original training program, faculty team, teaching conditions, and talent training mode that are not suitable for the learning situation are analyzed. Eight reform measures to solve the problems,including training program, curriculum system, faculty team, teaching standards, teaching conditions, quality assurance, education effect evaluation, and talent training mode. Innovative measures, such as two main lines of "domestic student training and overseas student training", the training principle of "differentiation and integration", and the eight modules that based on the context of "one school, two students", and the deep integration of party building and business are proposed. The effectiveness and promotion of the major construction are shown, and the implications for sister colleges that recruit students from overseas and ethnic groups are presented.更多还原
