【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的加速发展，财经类院校研究生教育国际化已成为提升学校竞争力、培养高素质财经人才的重要途径。该文探讨财经类院校研究生教育国际化的培养路径，通过分析当前财经类院校研究生教育国际化的现状和问题，提出相应的策略和建议。财经类院校应明确国际化培养目标，构建国际化课程体系，加强国际合作与交流，打造国际化师资队伍，建设国际化实践教学平台，发表国际化科研成果，并完善国际化管理制度，以全面提升研究生教育的国际化水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated development of global economic integration, the internationalization of graduate education in financial and economic colleges has become an important way to enhance the competitiveness of schools and cultivate highquality financial talents. This paper aims to explore the training path for the internationalization of graduate education in financial and economic colleges, and proposes corresponding strategies and suggestions by analyzing the current status and problems of the internationalization of graduate education in financial and economic colleges. This article argues that financial and economic colleges should clarify international training goals, build an international curriculum system, strengthen international cooperation and exchanges, create an international teaching staff, build an international practical teaching platform, and improve the international management system to comprehensively improve the international level of education.更多还原
