以胜任力为导向的临床药理学课程教学模式探讨

【摘要】 在临床医学、护理学等课程中胜任力的教学模式探索较多，但是在临床药理学课程中以胜任力为导向的教学模式的研究却很少。基于目前临床药理学教学中存在的问题，提出以培养学生的临床思维能力、问题解决能力和团队协作能力为核心的胜任力教学模式。该文结合教学实践探索以胜任力为导向的教学模式在临床医学专业本科生临床药理学课程中的应用，对该教学模式的优点和不足进行总结，并提出进一步改进的建议，以期为提高临床药理学教学质量提供可参考的新的教学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the courses of clinical medicine and nursing, there are many researches on the competency teaching mode, but there are few researches on the competency teaching mode in Clinical Pharmacology. Based on the problems in the teaching of Clinical Pharmacology, put forward a competency teaching model with the core of cultivating students’ clinical thinking ability,problem-solving ability and teamwork ability, and carried out teaching practice in clinical medicine undergraduates. The article summarize the advantages and disadvantages of this teaching mode, and put forward some suggestions, in order to provide a new teaching mode for improving the teaching quality of Clinical Pharmacology.更多还原
