【Abstract】 Against the background of implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the Spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20 th CPC Central Committee, this paper focuses on the important article of General Secretary Xi Jinping "Cultivating socialist builders and successors who are all-rounded in morality, intelligence,physical fitness, aesthetics, and hard work" published by Seeking Truth on Sept. 1, and discusses how to build a system of innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity education that integrates the cultivation of morality, intelligence, physical fitness,aesthetics, and hard work, in order to promote the quality development of dual-creation To promote the high-quality development of human education in the new era.
