【摘要】 该文从研究生学位论文质量管理存在的问题入手，结合同济大学化学学科发展的需要，设计并实施基于“源头—过程—结果”的学位论文质量保障体系，通过源头把关、过程控制和结果复核反馈的方式，加强育人主体和育人客体之间的协同联动，实现对学位论文质量的全过程全链条管理，提升研究生学位论文的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from the existing problems in the quality management of postgraduate thesis, and in light of the development needs of the chemistry discipline at Tongji University, this paper designs and implements thesis quality assurance system based on the "Source-Process-Result" model. By means of strict entrance examinations, conscientious process control, and careful result review feedback, an entire chain process to manage the thesis quality was achieved, which greatly improved the quality of the graduate theses in our school.更多还原
