材料合成制备与加工课程思政建设与探索

【摘要】 材料合成制备与加工是材料科学与工程专业本科生的专业核心课程，课程内容包括四大材料（金属、高分子、无机非金属及复合材料）的制备、加工理论和技术。课程聚焦工业化材料的制备路线及成型工艺，注重基础理论与工程实践的深度结合，助力强化学生的科创意识和工程思维，旨在培养适应新时代要求并具有解决工程实际问题能力的工程师人才。该课程不仅是专业知识的传授媒介，更是思政理念融入的绝佳载体。该文从课程建设目标和重点、思政元素融入方式和实现途径、考核评价机制等多方面对材料合成制备与加工的思政建设进行实践探索。结果表明，以“大国工匠”和“科创精神”为特色的思政教学模式可以显著提升材料专业人才的培养质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Material Synthesis, Preparation and Processing is a core professional course for undergraduate students majoring in materials science and engineering. The course content covers the theories and technologies of the preparation and processing of four major materials(including metals, inorganic non-metallic materials, polymers, and composite materials). It focuses on the preparation routes and forming processes of industrial materials, emphasizing the in-depth integration of basic theories and engineering practices to enhance students’ awareness of scientific and technological innovation and engineering thinking. The teaching aim is to cultivate engineers who can meet the requirements of the new age and solve practical engineering problems.This course not only serves as a medium for imparting professional knowledge but also provides an excellent platform for integrating ideological and political concepts. This paper conducts practical exploration on the ideological and political construction for the course of Material Synthesis, Preparation and Processing from multiple aspects such as the course construction goals and priorities, the methods and approaches for integrating ideological and political elements, and the assessment and evaluation methods. The results show that the ideological and political teaching model featuring "Great National Craftsmen" and "Innovation and Entrepreneurial Spirit" can significantly improve the quality of training for material professionals.更多还原
