“国优计划”试点高校教师教育中的若干关键关系研究

【摘要】 “国优计划”鼓励高水平大学积极参与教师教育，重点培养研究生学历的中小学科学类课程教师。作为一项具有探索性的政策实践，试点高校在实施过程中亟需厘清并妥善处理教师教育中的若干关键关系，以确保“国优计划”的有效落实与可持续发展。试点高校需深刻认识“国优计划”与国家发展战略之间的内在联系，正确管理试点高校与政府间的协同关系，合理把握学科专业素养与师范教育能力的培养，持续优化试点高校内部协同机制，积极构建校际间的合作网络，深入推进试点高校与中小学的实践协作，并有序拓展与其他社会主体的合作关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The "National Excellence Program" aims to encourage high-level universities to actively participate in the construction of the teacher education system, with a focus on cultivating science course teachers for primary and secondary schools who hold postgraduate degrees. As an exploratory policy initiative, pilot universities must clarify and properly address several key relationships in the field of teacher education during implementation to ensure the effective execution and sustainable development of the "National Excellence Program". Pilot universities need to deeply understand the intrinsic connection between the program and national development strategies, scientifically manage the collaborative relationship between pilot universities and the government, appropriately balance the cultivation of disciplinary expertise and pedagogical competence, continuously optimize internal coordination mechanisms, actively build inter-university collaborative networks, further deepen practical cooperation with primary and secondary schools, and systematically expand partnerships with other social entities.更多还原
