【摘要】 国际拔尖创新人才是“一带一路”倡议从“设施联通”迈向“产业协同”与“民心相通”的核心支撑。“一带一路”倡议与国际拔尖创新人才呈现“需求牵引”与“能力支撑”的双向互动。因此，国际拔尖创新人才的培养需要契合新兴产业变革的需求、满足复杂国际合作需求、应对全球治理挑战需求、符合教育融合发展需求。然而，高校在国际拔尖创新人才培养过程中仍存在多重困境，主要体现在跨学科壁垒、资源协同不足、评价机制僵化三个维度。为突破这些困境，该文以学科交叉融合为核心，从课程交叉重构、国际协同育人、评价机制创新三个方面探讨“一带一路”框架下国际拔尖创新人才培养模式创新的路径与对策，从而全面提升国际拔尖创新人才质量，促进经济社会高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of internationally outstanding innovative talent is a core driver for advancing the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) from its initial stage of "infrastructure connectivity" toward deeper goals of "industrial synergy" and "people-topeople bonds". The BRI and the development of such talent interact through both "demand-driven" and "capacity-supporting" dynamics. Therefore, nurturing globally competitive innovators requires alignment with emerging industrial transformations, the complexities of international cooperation, the challenges of global governance, and the imperatives of integrated educational development. However, in the cultivation of top-tier international innovative talents, universities still face multiple challenges,mainly reflected in three dimensions: cross-disciplinary barriers, insufficient resource coordination, and rigid evaluation mechanisms. To overcome these obstacles, this paper takes interdisciplinary integration as the core and explores innovative pathways and strategies for cultivating top international innovative talents under the "Belt and Road" framework from three perspectives: curriculum restructuring across disciplines, international collaborative education, and innovation in evaluation mechanisms.
