国土空间规划背景下城乡规划专业人才培养创新路径探索与实践

【摘要】 国土空间规划背景下，对城乡规划学科转型提出了新的要求，城乡规划学科面临从物质空间设计向全域治理转型的挑战。该研究通过用人单位问卷调查，发现城乡规划专业人才培养体系存在实践能力断层、跨学科整合不足等突出问题。构建“四模块、三融合、三提升”培养模式，提出“基础—核心—实践”课程体系及深化产学研融合与校企合作的建议。研究为新时代国土空间规划人才培养提供创新路径，为城乡规划人才培养提供可推广范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of national land-use planning, new demands have been placed on the transformation of the urban and rural planning discipline, which now faces the challenge of transitioning from physical space design to comprehensive governance. Currently, the talent cultivation system for urban and rural planning professionals suffers from prominent issues such as gaps in practical capabilities and insufficient interdisciplinary integration. This paper constructs a "four-module, threeintegration, three-enhancement" training model through employer surveys, proposing a "foundation-core-practice" curriculum system and deepening industry-academia-research integration and university-enterprise collaboration. The study provides an innovative pathway for talent cultivation in the new era of national spatial planning and offers a replicable model for urban and rural planning talent cultivation.更多还原
