从“人才错位”到“协同共生”:高校产学研融合人才培养的改革实践

【摘要】 在新一轮科技革命与产业变革背景下,高等教育在服务国家战略、推动产业升级、促进科技创新中承担着重要使命。产学研融合已成为破解教育与产业脱节、提升创新能力的重要路径。该文系统探讨当前我国高等教育在产学研融合人才培养中面临的主要问题,即人才错位、目标错位与信息错位。运用创新生态系统理论、“三螺旋”理论与“教育供给侧改革理论”作为分析框架,以北京工业大学为例,结合其实践经验,总结出“建设科技促进平台”“深化三权改革”“共建实训与实践基地”等可行路径,推进工程教育改革,从而切实负担起培养“爱党报国、敬业奉献、具有突出技术创新能力、善于解决复杂工程问题的工程师”这一重大任务。

【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, higher education bears a vital mission in serving national strategies, driving industrial upgrading, and fostering scientific and technological innovation. Industry-academia-research integration has emerged as a key approach to addressing the disconnection between education and industry and to strengthening innovation capacity. This paper systematically examines the major challenges faced by China’s higher education in talent cultivation through industry-academia-research integration, namely talent misalignment,goal misalignment, and information misalignment. Employing the innovation ecosystem theory, the triple helix model and the education supply-side reform theory as analytical frameworks, this study takes Beijing University of Technology as a case.Drawing on its practical experience, it summarizes feasible pathways such as establishing technology promotion platforms,deepening the reform of the "three rights" and jointly building training and practice bases to advance engineering education reform. In doing so, it seeks to undertake effectively the critical task of cultivating engineers who are loyal to the Party and the nation, committed to professionalism and dedication, distinguished in technological innovation, and capable of solving complex engineering problems.
