思政元素融入水产动物营养与饲料开发课程的探索

【摘要】 新时代高等教育“立德树人”根本任务要求全面推进课程思政建设。专业选修课育人潜力巨大，却常面临重视不足、思政融入“表面化”等挑战。水产动物营养与饲料开发课程作为水产养殖学关键的专业选修课，紧密关联国家粮食安全与生态文明建设。针对上述挑战，课程改革提出思政元素深度化、教学模式阶梯化、育人能力协同化、评价机制多维化的改革路径。在此基础上，推进“知启思—案悟理—行践知”三阶教学模式创新，实现价值引领与专业知识的深度融合；强化校企合作，破解师资瓶颈，共享产业资源；构建融合知识、能力与素养的多维评价体系。以期有效提升学生家国情怀、创新意识和社会责任感，为培养服务“蓝色粮仓”战略的高素质人才提供范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The fundamental task of "fostering virtue through education" in the new era of higher education demands comprehensive advancement of curriculum-based ideological and political education. Specialized elective courses possess significant potential for holistic student development, yet they frequently encounter challenges such as insufficient emphasis and the "superficial integration" of ideological elements. Aquaculture Nutrition and Feed Development, a pivotal specialized elective in Aquaculture, is intrinsically linked to national food security and ecological civilization. Against the backdrop of deepening curriculum-based ideological reform, this study proposes a transformative pathway featuring profound integration of ideologicalpolitical elements, a tiered teaching model, synergistic enhancement of educational capacity, and a multidimensional evaluation mechanism. Aligned with the New Agricultural Science initiative, we advance an innovative "Knowledge Enlightenment-Case Insight-Practice Embodiment" three-stage teaching model to achieve deep fusion of value cultivation and professional education;strengthen university-industry collaboration to overcome faculty limitations and leverage industrial resources; and establish a multidimensional evaluation system integrating knowledge, competencies, and literacy.
