新工科背景下功能材料专业人才培养与课程建设研究

【摘要】 人才培养模式与课程体系建设是高等院校各专业发展的重中之重，且新工科建设目标的实现自始至终离不开人才的培养和输出。该文以多学科交叉特色的功能材料专业为例，结合该专业目前人才培养与课程建设的现状和存在的问题，探讨改善人才培养模式与课程体系建设等举措，如交叉学科平台建设、项目化教学拓展、创新创业多模式探究及人工智能强化课程建设等，以解决该专业目前存在的学科交叉融合度较低、实践环节与产业脱节等弊端，使功能材料专业培养出具有自主学习能力、科研创新能力和工程实践能力的满足新工科要求的高素质复合型人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of talent training mode and curriculum system is the top priority of the development in colleges and universities, and the goal of the construction of new engineering is always the cultivation and output of talents. Combining with the current situation and existing problems of talent training in this major, this paper discusses the measures to improve the talent training mode and curriculum system construction, such as the construction of interdisciplinary platforms, project-based teaching development, multi-mode exploration of innovation and entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence reinforcement for curriculum construction, etc. The exploration of the above methods will solve the shortcomings of the major, such as the low degree of interdisciplinary integration and the disconnection between the practice link and the industry, and finally enable the functional materials major to cultivate high-quality compound talents with independent learning ability, scientific research innovation ability and engineering practice ability to meet the requirements of new engineering.更多还原
