OBE教育理念下基于课程重构的中药专业人才培养新模式探索

【摘要】 该文以中医药人才培养为目标导向，着力瞄准“如何培养人”这一重要问题，通过逐级拆解，将解决问题的重心回归课程和课堂，基于OBE理念的“反向设计、正向施工”策略，依托“知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造”三维度目标体系，通过一个砖头、一面墙壁、一栋建筑来逐步构建中药专业人才培养新模式；并构建具有针对性的多元评价机制，将定性和定量考核、静态和动态考核、过程性和精准性考核相结合；再根据评价结果持续优化课程体系，继而优化培养方案，通过周而复始的动态调整，有针对性地实现OBE教育理念指导下中药专业人才培养体系的构建和评价，为中药学一流专业建设赋能，为高质量中药学专业人才培养模式提供新范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study aims to address the critical issue of "how to cultivate professionals" in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) talent development. By systematically deconstructing the problem and refocusing on curriculum and classroom practices, we propose a novel cultivation model guided by the "backward design and forward implementation" strategy of the Outcome-Based Education(OBE) philosophy. Leveraging a tri-dimensional goal system encompassing knowledge transfer, capability cultivation, and value shaping, we establish a progressive framework analogous to "brick-by-brick construction" for TCM talent cultivation. A multi-dimensional evaluation mechanism integrating qualitative/quantitative assessments, static/dynamic monitoring, and process/precision evaluation was developed to optimize curriculum systems and cultivation schemes through iterative feedback. This dynamic adjustment process effectively operationalizes OBE principles in TCM education, providing innovative paradigms for building first-class TCM disciplines and cultivating high-quality professionals.更多还原
