培养金融专业“五有”领军型人才的混合式教学改革探索——以广西大学金融类专业核心课程金融市场学为例

【摘要】 金融科技的迅速发展与广西建设面向东盟金融开放门户的战略地位，对金融人才培养提出新要求。广西大学作为区域“双一流”建设高校，立足内涵式发展，以培养“五有”领军型人才作为使命，系统深化人才培养方式的改革。该文以金融市场学为例，分析金融类专业课程教学改革对人才培养的重要性，构建“课前线上预习，课中线下教学，课后能力拓展”的“线上线下混合式”教学方法，并从数字化基础设施建设与教学支持保障两个维度探讨实施路径。该研究为优化高校金融专业教育资源配置、创新教学方式、实现“五有”领军型人才培养目标提供新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 The rapid development of financial technology and Guangxi’s strategic role as a financial gateway to ASEAN have set new requirements for cultivating financial talent. Guangxi University, as a Double-First Class institution in the region, is committed to intrinsic development with a mission to train Five Haves leading talents, and it is systematically deepening reforms in talent cultivation. This paper takes Financial Markets as an example to analyze the importance of teaching reform of financial major courses for talent training. It proposes a the online and offline hybrid teaching method structured around "online pre-class preparation, offline in-class teaching, and post-class skill expansion". Additionally, it explores implementation paths from the two dimensions of digital infrastructure construction and teaching support assurance. This research provides new insights for optimizing the allocation of educational resources in finance programs, innovating teaching methods, and achieving the goal of cultivating Five Haves leading talents in higher education.更多还原
