基于“政产学研用”协同创新的材料类人才培养模式探索

【摘要】 “政产学研用”协同创新已成为世界各国提高创新能力、促进经济增长的有效方法。各行业高校材料类创新人才培养现有模式已不能满足现代社会的发展，构建基于“政产学研用”的协同创新模式，培养大学生的创新意识和创新能力迫在眉睫，进而满足新时代经济社会和现代产业发展需求。该文深入剖析“政产学研用”五位一体协同创新模式下材料类创新人才培养的进程与紧迫性，在此基础上从开放实验教学平台，本研协同进行；构建校外实践教学平台，加强合作主体间的联合培养；学科交叉融合培养，结合网络平台培育复合型创新人才三方面提出适应现代经济体系建设需要的行业高校材料类创新人才培养实施路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Collaborative innovation of "government, industry, university, research and application" has become an effective way for countries around the world to improve the innovation capacity and promote the economic growth. The current mode of training innovative talents in materials in colleges and universities of various industries can no longer meet the development of modern society. It is urgent to build a collaborative innovation mode based on "government, industry, university, research and application", and cultivate the innovative consciousness and innovative ability of college students. The aim is to meet the need of economic society and modern industry development in the new era. This paper deeply analyzes the process and urgency of cultivating innovative talents of materials under the five-in-one collaborative innovation mode of "government, industry, education,research and application", and on this basis, from the open experimental teaching platform, the collaborative implementation of this research, the construction of off-campus practical teaching platform, and the strengthening of joint training among cooperative subjects the three aspects of interdisciplinary and integrated training, combined with the network platform to cultivate compound innovative talents, and then put forward the implementation path of training innovative talents of materials in industry colleges and universities to meet the needs of the construction of modern economic system.更多还原
