【摘要】 新一轮本科教育教学评估更加强调“以本为本”和“四个回归”，更加强调教育体现“为党育人、为国育才”，贯彻落实立德树人根本任务已成为高校培养人才的准绳。因此，高校设置的各职能部门和二级学院都必须围绕“本科教学的中心地位”配置资源，加快构建高等教育思想政治新的教育工作体系，构建全员育人、全过程育人和全方位育人“三全育人”协同推进的思政育人新体系。高校本科教育的顶层设计中关注教师队伍思想纯洁、学工队伍又红又专、后勤保障资源优先等全要素参与。针对审核评估工作重点和指标体系内涵，在校党委的统一领导下，各部门和各学院对标对表开展自查自纠，构建持续改进的PDCA质量监控体系，补齐本科教育教学思政育人的短板和不足，落实“以评促建、以评促改、以评促管、以评促强”十六字方针，助推高校内涵式高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new round of undergraduate education teaching evaluation more emphasis on this and four regression, more emphasis on education reflects the education for the party, education for the country, the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education has become the criterion of training talents in colleges and universities.
