【Abstract】 Curriculum ideology and politics is an important measure for our country to realize moral education and cultivate high-quality talents in an all-round way. The realization of curriculum ideology and politics is inseparable from high-level teachers, and the construction of teaching team is an important way to improve the level of teaching staff. This paper analyzes the problems existing in teaching team and the necessity of the construction of college teaching team based on the OBE concept and curriculum ideology and politics, and the author also puts forward some constructive suggestions on the construction goals and strategy of the ideological and political teaching team.更多还原
