负责任管理教育研究热点与发展趋势分析

【摘要】 负责任管理教育是新商科落实立德树人根本任务的路径之一。该文借助bibliometrix软件包对负责任管理教育主题SCI/SSCI论文进行文献计量分析。结果发现，负责任管理教育研究日益受到多个学科重视，但未形成核心作者群；研究成果主要出自欧美发达国家和巴西的学者，但跨国或跨机构合作松散；研究热点集中在负责任管理教育原则、可持续性教育、商业伦理等，当下研究则聚焦探讨商学院如何让负责任管理教育原则落地。未来研究应以此为指导，探讨商学院如何提升负责任管理教育的效果和水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Responsible management education is one of the pathways through which new business studies implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and cultivating talent. This paper conducts a bibliometric analysis of SCI/SSCI papers on the theme of responsible management education using the bibliometrix package. Results show that: Research on responsible management education is increasingly drawing attention across multiple disciplines, but a core group of authors has not yet formed. The majority of works come from scholars in developed Western countries and Brazil, but international or interinstitutional collaborations are quite loose. The research hotspots are concentrated on principles for responsible management education, sustainability education, business ethics, etc. Current studies in this area focus on how business schools can implement the principles for responsible management education. Future research should be guided by this focus to explore how business schools can enhance the effectiveness and quality of responsible management education.更多还原
