农业节水国际化人才培养模式创新与实践

【摘要】 随着“一带一路”倡议的深入实施，培养具备国际化视野、科研创新及复杂工程问题解决能力的国际化人才是重点。针对当前国际化人才及留学生培养中存在的理论与实践脱节等问题，创新一种以自主研发成果与国际化应用场景为核心的农业节水人才培养新模式。通过将自主研发的节水灌溉装备在“一带一路”国家的应用作为教学体系案例，以及留学生将先进喷灌技术成功应用于加纳农业等典型案例，论证该模式在提升留学生专业技术创新能力、国际化人才解决问题能力方面成效显著，为新时代农业工程留学生培养模式改革提供可借鉴的思路与方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the in-depth implementation of the "the Belt and Road" initiative, it is an important talent pool to cultivate international talents with international vision, scientific research and innovation, and the ability to solve complex engineering problems. Aiming at the problem of theoretical and practical disconnection in the current international talent and overseas student training, a new model for agricultural water-saving talent training has been innovated, with independent research and development achievements and international cooperation application scenarios as the core. By taking the application of self-developed watersaving irrigation equipment in the "the Belt and Road" countries as a teaching system case, and the successful application of advanced sprinkler irrigation technology in Ghana’s agriculture by foreign students and other typical cases, it demonstrates that this model has achieved remarkable results in improving the professional technology innovation ability of foreign students and the ability of international talents to solve problems, and provides referential ideas and plans for the reform of the cultivation model of foreign students in agricultural engineering in the new era.更多还原
