【Abstract】 The “Trade Union Development Path with Chinese Characteristics” is a significant outcome of the “terminological revolution” in the Sinicization of Marxist trade union theory and serves as a hallmark concept in General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the working class and trade union work.This concept did not emerge out of thin air;rather,it stems from the reactivation of the “path-oriented thinking” within Marxist theory of social revolution and the further development of its “logic of labor movements.” It represents a profound summation and theoretical elevation of the century-long historical practice of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in leading the labor movement and trade union work,and embodies the intellectual crystallization of our Party’s continuous theoretical innovation in China’s labor movement since the launch of reform and opening-up.Rooted in the historical soil of China’s 5,000-year-old civilization,this concept reflects the innovative theoretical and practical advances in the CPC’s labor movement discourse in the new era.It demonstrates our Party’s strong confidence in grasping historical initiative,deepening trade union reform,and steering the cause of China’s labor movement and trade union work steadily and sustainably forward.Its rich ideological content and truth power will become increasingly evident as China’s labor movement and trade union work continue to advance along the new journey of the new era.更多还原
