中空微球的制备及其在造纸业中的应用前景

【摘要】 在造纸工业功能化转型升级的背景下,中空微球作为一种尺寸可控、高比表面积和轻质的先进功能材料,展现出重要的应用价值。基于此,对不同壳层材料中空微球的常见制备方法进行了综述,评价了各方法的优缺点,总结了中空微球在造纸涂布颜料、功能化特种纸和废水净化方面的研究现状及进展,并对其发展进行了展望。

【Abstract】 In the context of functional transformation and upgrading in the paper industry, hollow microspheres, as advanced functional materials with size-controllability, high specific surface area, and lightweight characteristics, demonstrate significant application potential. This paper comprehensively reviews common synthesis methods for hollow microspheres with diverse shell materials, evaluates the advantages and limitations of each method, and summarizes recent advancements in their applications for paper coating pigments, functionalized specialty papers, and wastewater treatment. The future development of hollow microspheres in the paper industry is also discussed.
