【摘要】 基于吉登斯的结构化理论，结合高职返乡创业大学生的实践案例，构建“结构—主体”互构的分析框架，剖析创业生态系统内结构（资源、规则）与主体能动性的互动过程。研究发现，该生态系统通过三个核心机制实现结构与主体的深度互构：主体维度“动机—能力—机会”的协同增强机制、资源维度“供给—整合—增值”的能动转化机制、规则维度“约束—调适—创新”的互构演进机制，为理解创业行为的结构化特征提供了新的理论视角，并从政策支持、教育赋能、资源整合与能力提升四个维度提出优化策略，为乡村振兴背景下返乡创业政策的制定与实施提供了实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on Giddens’ structuration theory and case studies of vocational college returnee entrepreneurs,this study constructs a “structure-agency” mutual construction framework to examine the interaction between structural factors(resources,rules) and agency dynamics.The study identifies three core mechanisms for deep mutual construction:the synergistic enhancement mechanism of “motivation-capability-opportunity” of agency dimension:the dynamic transformation mechanism of “supply-integration-value creation” of resource dimension,the adaptive evolution mechanism of “constraint-adjustment-innovation” of rule dimension. This research provides a novel theoretical perspective on the structural characteristics of entrepreneurial behavior. It further proposes optimization strategies from four dimensions—policy support,educational empowerment,resource integration,and capacity building—offering practical insights for enhancing rural entrepreneurship policies under the rural revitalization strategy.更多还原
