闽楠优良家系苗期评价及选择

【摘要】 为了筛选适宜在广东地区造林的闽楠Phoebe bournei优良家系,探索跨气候区家系引进的可行性,研究收集四川省都江堰35株优树种子,测定各家系种子的百粒质量,统计发芽率,测定1.5 a生轻基质容器苗的苗高、地径、生物量及根系形态性状。结果表明,闽楠35个家系间百粒质量、发芽率,以及1.5 a生苗高、地径、生物量和根系性状差异极显著(P<0.01)。各家系种子百粒质量为57.13~77.00 g,最大为家系PB006,比家系均值高16.35%;各家系发芽率为11.33%~82.33%,最大为家系PB012,比家系均值高41.84个百分点。闽楠各家系苗高为33.73~61.07 cm,最高为家系PB026,比家系均值高36.07%;各家系地径为5.40~7.41 mm,最粗为家系PB023,比家系均值高18.12%。各家系地上鲜质量、地下鲜质量、地上干质量、地下干质量均值分别为20.92、17.89、9.00和4.28 g;各家系总根长、根表面积、根平均直径和根总体积均值分别为2 574.32 cm、565.88 cm~2、0.71 mm和10.03 cm~3。家系PB026在苗高、地径、总根长、根表面积及地下干质量等方面表现较优;家系PB039地上干质量最高,为15.67g,但根系总长最小; PB036根系总体积最大,达17.12 cm~3,根系发达。相关性分析表明,闽楠苗高与地径、地上生物量呈极显著正相关;总根长与根表面积、根总体积呈极显著正相关,平均直径与总根长、根表面积呈显著负相关;苗高与根系性状仅与平均直径呈微弱正相关,地径与总根长、根表面积、根总体积等根系性状呈显著正相关。综合10个生长、生物量与根系指标,按20%入选率筛选出7个优良家系分别为PB026、 PB039、 PB036、 PB001、 PB042、 PB032、 PB020。

【Abstract】 To select superior families of Phoebe bournei suitable for afforestation in Guangdong Province and to explore the feasibility of introducing families across climatic zones,seeds were collected from 35 superior trees in Dujiangyan,Sichuan Province.The 100-seed weight and germination rate of each family were measured,and the height,ground diameter,biomass,and root morphology of 1.5-year-old light-substrate container seedlings were determined.The results showed highly significant differences(P<0.01) among the 35 P.bournei families in 100-seed weight,germination rate,as well as the height,ground diameter,biomass,and root traits of the seedlings.The 100-seed weight of each family ranged from 57.13 to 77.00 g,with the maximum observed in family PB006,which was 16.35% higher than the family mean.The germination rate ranged from 11.33% to 82.33%,with the maximum in family PB012,which was 41.84 percentage points higher than the family mean.The seedling height of each family ranged from 33.73 to 61.07 cm,with the tallest observed in family PB026,which was 36.07% higher than the family mean.The ground diameter ranged from 5.40 to 7.41 mm,with the thickest observed in family PB023,which was 18.12% higher than the family mean.The mean aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,and underground dry weight of the families were 20.92, 17.89, 9.00,and 4.28 g,respectively.The mean total root length,root surface area,average root diameter,and total root volume of the families were 2 574.32 cm,565.88 cm~2, 0.71 mm,and 10.03 cm~3,respectively.Family PB026 performed well in terms of seedling height,ground diameter,total root length,root surface area,and underground dry weight;family PB039 had the highest aboveground dry weight(15.67 g) but the smallest total root length;family PB036 had the largest total root volume(17.12 cm~3),indicating well-developed roots.Correlation analysis showed that seedling height was extremely significantly and positively correlated with ground diameter and aboveground biomass;total root length was extremely significantly and positively correlated with root surface area and total root volume;average root diameter was significantly and negatively correlated with total root length and root surface area.Seedling height showed only a weak positive correlation with average root diameter among root traits,while ground diameter was significantly and positively correlated with root traits such as total root length,root surface area,and total root volume.Based on the comprehensive evaluation of 10 growth,biomass,and root indicators, 7 superior families(PB026,PB039,PB036,PB001,PB042,PB032,and PB020) were selected at a 20% selection rate.
