【摘要】 “四新”建设战略背景下，高校人才供给必须与社会需求相结合，才能最大化地解决供给与社会需求动态适配问题。研究从人才供给链失衡、教育链响应迟滞、供给与产业需求脱节、重科研轻教学、结构性失业、考研热与产业动态适配等方面分析了当前地方应用型高校人才供给与社会需求失衡的原因，着重阐述了社会实践在人才培养中的重要作用，强调实践育人在高等教育中的重要意义，提出应从注重实践教育、突出特色教育、创新创业驱动、调整专业设置、注重学生能力提升与社会需求适配等方面调整人才培养方案，促进就业；从人才供给与社会需求适配机制方面，提出政策引导与预测人才需求、数据驱动与动态调整专业布局、产教融合与多方主体积极参与、优化高等教育结构布局、强化创新创业人才培养等对策，解决地方应用型高校人才供给与社会需求之间动态适配问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of the "Four New" construction strategy, the supply of talents in universities must be combined with social demand in order to maximize the dynamic adaptation of supply and social demand.This research analyzes the reasons for the current imbalance between talent supply and social demand in local universities from the aspects of talent supply chain imbalance, delayed response of education chain, disconnect between supply and industry demand, emphasis on scientific research over teaching, structural unemployment, and the hot trend of postgraduate entrance examination and industry dynamic adaptation.It focuses on the important role of social practice in talent cultivation and emphasizes the significance of practical education in higher education.And it is proposed to revise the talent training plan from the perspective of emphasizing practical education, highlighting characteristic education, innovation and entrepreneurship drive, adjusting professionalsettings, and focusing on improving students’ abilities and social adaptation, in order to promote employment.Furthermore, policy guidance and prediction of talent demand, data-driven and dynamic adjustment of professional layout, integration of industry and education with active participation of multiple parties, optimization of higher education structure layout, and strengthening of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation have been proposed from the perspective of talent supply and social demand adaptation mechanism to solve the dynamic adaptation problem between local universities talent supply and social demand.更多还原
