“即时案例”:一种生成式AI驱动的情境化教学模型及其治理框架
“Just-in-Time Cases”:A Generative AI-Driven Situated Pedagogical Model and its Governance Framework
【摘要】 生成式人工智能的浪潮正对高等教育的传统范式构成深刻挑战。为破解传统案例教学存在的时效性滞后与情境简化之瓶颈,提出一种由AI驱动的“即时案例”教学新范式。该范式将案例从固化的预设文本,重塑为在师生与AI的深度交互中动态生成的教学情境。为支撑该范式的系统性实施与伦理引导,构建了一个整合性理论框架。该框架以一个包含“课前策划、课中探究、课后迁移”的三阶段实践模型为操作蓝图,旨在将技术潜能有效转化为教学价值;同时,以一个融“教学法重构、教师角色重塑、评价体系变革”于一体的系统性治理模型为伦理罗盘,用以前瞻性地化解“事实幻觉”与“认知惰化”等内生性风险。这种新范式的核心是通过深度人机协同,迈向一种人机各自优势得以充分发挥的“增强型教学智慧”。在此图景中,教师被战略性地重塑为学习体验的“设计师”、批判性思维的“激发者”与教育伦理的“守护者”,为培养学生应对真实世界复杂问题的实践智慧探索出一条兼具创新性与可行性的路径。
【Abstract】 The wave of Generative AI is posing a profound challenge to the traditional paradigms of higher education.To address the bottlenecks of timeliness lags and contextual oversimplification in traditional case-based teaching, this paper proposes a new pedagogical paradigm: “Just-in-Time Cases” driven by AI.This paradigm reconceptualizes the case from a static, predefined text into a pedagogical scenario that is dynamically generated through deep interaction among students, teachers, and AI.To support the systemic implementation and ethical guidance of this paradigm, an integrative theoretical framework is constructed.This framework features an operational blueprint—a three-stage practical model of pre-class planning, in-class exploration, and post-class transfer—aimed at effectively translating technological potential into pedagogical value.Concurrently, it provides an ethical compass—a systemic governance model integrating pedagogical reconstruction, the reshaping of teacher roles, and the reform of assessment systems—to proactively mitigate inherent risks such as “factual hallucinations” and “cognitive inertia”.The core of this new paradigm lies in advancing towards an “Augmented Teaching Wisdom” through deep human-AI collaboration, where the respective strengths of both are fully leveraged.In this vision, the teacher is strategically repositioned as a “designer” of learning experiences, a “catalyst” for critical thinking, and a “guardian” of educational ethics.This approach forges an innovative yet feasible pathway for cultivating students’ practical wisdom to tackle the complex problems of the real world.
