【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the integration application, challenges and countermeasures of Artificial Intelligence(AI) within the realm of smart urban facilities management. The research delineates the current application status of AI integrating various smart city management models, analyzes the main challenges encountered in the current application process, such as data integration problems, cross-departmental collaboration difficulties, and poor model robustness, and proposes targeted countermeasures including the construction of a unified data governance system, optimization of the collaborative mechanism, and promotion of edge computing and hybrid models.更多还原
