基于量子博弈的创新联合体主体融通创新策略研究
Research on Main Body of Innovation Consortium Integration Innovation Strategy Based on Quantum Game
【摘要】 创新联合体主体融通创新有利于突破产业关键核心技术,摆脱关键核心技术严重受制于人的困境,提升国家核心竞争力。基于知识流动的畅通度和创新链与产业链的融合度两个角度研究创新联合体主体融通创新问题。借鉴量子博弈思想,构建了关于努力度的二元连续策略集博弈模型,考察了不同情形下创新联合体主体在融通创新过程中基于努力度的策略选择,并通过对创新主体的投入区间和策略组合研究,分析了融合度和畅通度对创新联合体主体融通创新决策的动态影响。结果表明:在创新联合体主体融通创新过程中,融合度的提高有助于降低创新主体融通创新的风险;畅通度的提高会使得融通创新的风险呈现先增大后减小的趋势;创新主体的付出成本与所得利益之比决定了主体的策略选择;畅通度和融合度超过某阈值时就可以达到利于核心技术突破的最佳融通状态,并依此提出了“融通契约”以期提高创新主体在实现核心技术突破上的努力。
【Abstract】 The integrated innovation of the main body of the innovation consortium is conducive to breaking through the key industrial core technology, getting rid of the dilemma that the key core technology is heavily controlled by others, and improving the core competitiveness of the country. This paper introduces the unimpeded degree of knowledge flow and the degree of integration of innovation chain and industrial chain as the interpretation of integration innovation, and studies the integration innovation of innovation consortium subject. Build on the efforts of bivariate continuous policy set game model, investigates the innovation union subject under different situations in the process of financing innovation strategy based on hard choice, and through investment in innovation main body range and strategy research, analyzes the alignment and smooth degree of dynamic effect of innovation consortium main financing decisions. The results show that: in the process of integrated innovation of the innovation consortium, the improvement of integration degree helps to reduce the risk of integrated innovation; The risk of integration innovation increases first and then decreases with the increase of unimpeded degree; The ratio of cost and benefit of innovation subject determines the subject’s strategy choice; When the unimpeded degree and the integration degree exceed a certain threshold, the best state of integration conducive to the core technology breakthrough can be achieved. According to this, the “fusion contract” is proposed in order to improve the efforts of innovation subjects in the realization of core technology breakthrough.
