轨道交通车辆段上盖住宅转换层合理层高设计

【摘要】 轨道交通车辆段上盖住宅,通常下部为车辆段,上部为住宅,两者之间存在转换层作为车库。相对于车辆段,转换层层高较低,当层高较低时,会形成刚度较大的结构层,造成刚度沿竖向分布不均,对结构抗震性能有着不利影响。以重庆四公里车辆段上盖住宅工程为例,通过数值模拟分析不同转换层层高对结构抗震性能的影响,并给出相对合理的建议层高;基于层高,设置夹层,使转换层得到合理利用,并分析夹层对结构的影响。结果表明,结构周期和最大层间位移角随着转换层层高的降低而减小,而根据上部塔楼部分单元性能损伤情况,建议转换层层高为7.5 m。同时,夹层的设置能够降低结构周期,提高结构刚度,减小结构损伤程度。

【Abstract】 Residential buildings are built on top of the rail transit vehicle depot, usually with the lower part being the vehicle depot and the upper part being residential buildings, with a transfer story between them as a garage. Compared to the vehicle depot, the height of the transfer story is lower. From a structural perspective, when the floor height is lower, a more rigid structural layer will be formed, resulting in uneven distribution of stiffness along the vertical direction, which has a negative impact on the seismic performance of the structure. This paper takes transit-oriented development(TOD) project for Sigongli in Chongqing as an example, analyzes the influence of different transfer story heights on the seismic performance of the structure through numerical simulation, and provides relatively reasonable recommended floor heights. Based on the floor height, a mezzanine is set up to make reasonable use of the transfer story, and the impact of the mezzanine on the structure is analyzed. The results indicate that the structural period and maximum inter story displacement angle decrease with the decrease of the transfer story height. According to the performance damage of some units in the upper tower, this paper recommends a transfer storyr height of 7.5 m. At the same time, the setting of the mezzanine can reduce the structural period, improve the structural stiffness, and reduce the degree of structural damage.
