基于Fluent的立轴偏心搅拌机仿真研究
Simulation Research on a Pan-Type Eccentric Mixer Based on Fluent
【摘要】 针对混凝土搅拌过程中水泥颗粒不易分散均匀的问题,设计了一种新的立轴偏心搅拌机,采用Fluent软件进行仿真,模拟了水泥与砂石的混合过程,重点探讨偏心率对搅拌质量和效率的影响。采用基于方差的混合指标量化颗粒分布的均匀性,结果表明,偏心率在0.375~0.5时,搅拌效果最佳,为立轴偏心搅拌机设计提供了偏心参数优化范围。
【Abstract】 To address the problem of uneven dispersion of cement particles during concrete mixing,a new pan-type eccentric mixer was designed,software Fluent was used for simulation to model the mixing process of cement and aggregate,and the impact of eccentricity on mixing quality and efficiency was emphatically discussed.A variance-based mixing index was employed to quantify the uniformity of particle distribution.Results showed that the optimal mixing effect was achieved when the eccentricity was between 0.375 and 0.5,providing an optimization range for eccentricity parameters in the design of pan-type eccentric mixers.
