内外啮合复合齿轮泵的设计及其流量特性研究
Design of an Internal-External Composite Gear Pump and Research on Its Flow Characteristics
【摘要】 针对外啮合齿轮泵存在流量脉动的问题,介绍一种新型外啮合齿轮泵与内啮合摆线泵相结合的复合泵,该泵以外啮合齿轮泵流量为主体,与摆线泵的流量通过同一泵出口输出。基于PumpLinx对复合泵开展仿真模拟研究,结果显示该复合泵不仅流量增加,还可以降低流量脉动性。同时,分析了复合齿轮泵中齿宽、外齿轮的模数和内齿轮的齿数等结构参数对复合泵流量输出特性的影响,对新型复合齿轮泵的研发具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 In view of the problem of flow ripples in external gear pumps,a new composite pump combining an external gear pump and an internal gerotor pump was introduced,and it takes the flow from the external gear pump as a main part that outputs with the flow from the gerotor pump through the same outlet.Based on PumpLinx,a simulation study was conducted on the composite pump,and the results show that this composite pump not only increases flow but also reduces flow ripples.Meanwhile,the influence of structural parameters of the composite pump such as tooth width,modules of the external gear,and tooth number of the internal gear on the flow output characteristics of the composite gear pump was analyzed,which has certain reference value for the research and development of new composite gear pumps.
