爆破荷载作用下煤层底板隐伏断层活化突水机理

【摘要】 矿井底板隐伏断层活化诱发突水事故是矿井突水灾害的主要形式,针对矿井底板结构特征,利用断裂力学中的有限板模型,基于爆炸载荷与构造应力共同作用机制,建立了裂纹尖端应力强度因子计算模型,推导了底板含水层突水的临界水压力计算方法,分析了临界水压力的影响因素和变化规律,解析了断层导升带突破底板隔水层的力学过程。结果表明:临界水压力随最小主应力的增加呈线性增加,随断层长度的增加而减小,随断层角度增加而增加(0~90°范围内),随压剪切系数的增加而增加。爆破荷载会增加裂隙水压力,更容易诱发矿井底板突水事故。利用一组计算参数,再现了底板突水过程,验证了理论推导结果的准确性,提出了在开挖前期及时探明断层构造,并进行注浆加固的建议。

【Abstract】 Mine floor hidden fault activation induced sudden water accident is the main form of sudden water disaster in the whole mine, for the structural characteristics of the mine floor, the use of fracture mechanics in the finite plate model, deduced the establishment of the blasting load and ground stress under the joint action of the fissure tip stress intensity factor calculation formula, given the floor aquifer occurred in the sudden water of the critical water pressure calculation method, analyzed the critical water pressure of the factors affecting and the change rule of the critical water pressure. It analyzes the influencing factors and changing rules of critical water pressure, and analyzes the mechanical process of the breakthrough of the baseboard aquifer by the fault-conducted uplift zone. The results show that the critical water pressure increases linearly with the increase of the minimum principal stress, decreases with the increase of the fault length, increases with the increase of the fault angle(within the range of 0-90°), and increases with the increase of the pressure shear coefficient. The blasting load increases the fissure water pressure, which is more likely to induce mine floor water surges. Using a set of calculation parameters, the process of bottom plate water-surge is reproduced, the accuracy of the theoretically deduced results is verified, and the suggestion of timely exploring the fault structure in the pre-excavation period and grouting reinforcement is put forward.
