【Abstract】 This article focuses on the practical exploration of building a unified monitoring and supervision network for radio, television and online audiovisual in Yunnan Province. It systematically analyzes the current situation, advantages and challenges in the construction of Yunnan’s monitoring and supervision system, elaborates on the design and implementation plan of the "1+3+16" technical architecture, and summarizes the phased practical achievements.
