【摘要】 “杀猪盘”类电信网络诈骗呈高发态势，对公众造成了严重的财产损失和心理伤害。本研究对250名预警劝阻工作人员开展问卷调研，旨在探讨影响“杀猪盘”类电信网络诈骗被害人预警劝阻效果的关键因素。结果显示，预警劝阻人员的说服能力强、责任心强、充分了解“杀猪盘”类电信诈骗、经验丰富等会有助于开展劝阻工作，而劝阻人员介入时间晚、情绪不稳定、被害人拒不配合、诈骗分子的信息干扰等因素则会阻碍劝阻工作开展，导致劝阻效果不佳。未来需要构建“专业+大数据+机制”驱动的精准预警体系，深化“心理学+AI”应用，提升劝阻的科学性与有效性，构建“机制+大数据+AI”驱动的社会协同治理格局。更多还原

【Abstract】 “Pig-butchering” telecom network fraud is showing a high incidence trend, causing severe financial losses and psychological harm to the public. This study conducted a questionnaire survey among 250 warning and dissuasion workers to explore the key factors affecting the effectiveness of warning and dissuasion for victims of “pig-butchering” fraud. The results show that warning and dissuasion workers with strong persuasion ability, high sense of responsibility, thorough understanding of “pig-butchering” fraud, and rich experience are conducive to carrying out the dissuasion work. In contrast, factors such as late intervention by dissuasion workers, their emotional instability, victims’ refusal to cooperate, and information interference from fraudsters hinder the dissuasion work, resulting in poor dissuasion effect. In the future, it is necessary to establish a precision early-warning system driven by “professionalism+big data+mechanisms”, deepen the application of “psychology+AI” to enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of dissuasion, and build a social collaborative governance framework driven by “mechanisms+big data+AI.”更多还原
