外源硒对镉污染土壤种植白菜镉与硒富集的影响
Effects of Exogenous Se on Cd and Se Enrichment in Chinese Cabbage Planted in Cd-Contaminated Soil
【摘要】 【目的】探明外源硒对镉污染土壤不同白菜品种镉、硒含量及其对外源硒利用指数的影响,为实现镉污染土壤安全生产白菜提供科学依据。【方法】采用田间试验,以镉污染土壤种植的白菜品种精品早秋、安禧青峰、天青60、天才4、夏宝一号、皱叶皇为研究对象,以不喷施硒为对照(CK),在白菜幼苗期、莲座期和结球期喷施硒,分析硒对镉污染土壤不同白菜品种镉、硒含量及其对外源硒利用指数的差异。【结果】喷施硒处理的6个白菜品种幼苗期、莲座期、结球期硒含量均值分别为0.006 9 mg/kg、0.014 8 mg/kg、0.038 0mg/kg,均明显高于CK,且在结球期喷施硒处理的白菜硒含量增幅更明显。结球期天才4和安禧青峰在喷施硒后白菜硒含量增幅分别为最大和最小。在白菜幼苗期、莲座期和结球期,喷施硒处理的白菜镉含量均低于CK,天青60富集镉的能力最强,皱叶皇最弱。不同白菜品种的产量高低均依次为安禧青峰、皱叶皇、天才4、天青60、夏宝一号、精品早秋,且均表现为喷施硒处理高于CK,白菜结球期的外源硒利用指数远高于幼苗期和莲座期。【结论】喷施外源硒可对白菜起到降镉增硒的效果。皱叶皇白菜产量最高、镉富集能力最弱、硒富集能力较强,可作为镉污染土壤安全生产富硒白菜的优先选择品种。
【Abstract】 【Objective】The effects of exogenous Se on Cd and Se content, and exogenous Se utilization index of different Chinese cabbage varieties planted in Cd-contaminated soil were investigated to provide the scientific basis for safety production of Chinese cabbage planted in Cd-contaminated soil.【Method】The differences in Cd and Se content,and exogenous Se utilization index of 6 Chinese cabbage varieties(Jingpin Zaoqiu, Anxiqingfeng, Tianqing 60, Tiancai 4,Xiabao 1 and Zhouyehuang) planted in Cd-contaminated soil under the conditions of spraying Se fertilizer at seedling,rosette and heading stages were analyzed by taking no spraying Se fertilizer as CK. 【Result】The average Se content of 6 cabbage varieties sprayed with Se fertilizer at seedling stage, rosette and heading stages was 0.006 9 mg/kg, 0.014 8 mg/kg and 0.038 0 mg/kg respectively, and significantly higher than CK. The increase rate in Se content of Chinese cabbage sprayed with Se fertilizer at heading stage was more significant. The Se content of Tiancai 4 and Anxiqingfeng Chinese cabbage varieties sprayed with Se fertilizer at heading stage was the highest and the lowest compared with CK, respectively.The Cd content of 6 Chinese cabbage varieties sprayed with Se fertilizer all was lower than CK at seedling, rosette and heading stages. The Cd enrichment capacity of Tianqing 60 and Zhouyehuang variety was the highest and lowest respectively. The yield of 6 Chinese cabbage varieties was Anxiqingfeng> Zhouyehuang > Tiancai 4> Tianqing60>Xiabao 1>Jingpin Zaoqiu, and the yield of 6 Chinese cabbage varieties sprayed with Se fertilizer all were higher than CK. The exogenous Se utilization index of 6 Chinese cabbage varieties sprayed with Se fertilizer at heading stage was significantly higher than that at seedling and rosette stage. 【Conclusion】Spraying exogenous Se can reduce Cd and increase Se content in Chinese cabbage. Zhouyehuang cabbage variety, with the highest yield, weakest Cd enrichment capacity and stronger Se enrichment capacity, can be selected as the preferential Chinese cabbage variety for safety production as Se-enriched Chinese cabbage planted in Cd-contaminated soil.
