人工智能与Illustrator在分子生物学教学中的运用:以miRNA生成为例
Application of Artificial Intelligence and Illustrator in Molecular Biology Teaching: A Case Study of miRNA Generation
【摘要】 人工智能(artificial intelligence, AI)利用丰富的知识资源能够迅速捕捉到分子生物学的知识点和创新点,矢量绘图工具能够绘制优美清晰的分子生物学示意图。微小RNA(microRNA, miRNA)是分子生物学的一个重要内容,它在生物的生长发育、疾病的产生、逆境响应等过程中(包括动植物)发挥着重要作用。本研究以miRNA的生成机制为例,探讨了利用人工智能文心一言和矢量绘图工具Illustrator相结合的方法产生并绘制miRNA生成机制及示意图的教学过程。教学结果显示,通过文心一言快速获得了有关miRNA生成机制的知识点和创新点,减轻了教师的备课负担,提高了备课效率,是教师备课强有力的辅助工具。此外,根据AI生成的知识点和创新点并结合文献利用Illustrator完整快速地绘制了优美清晰的miRNA生成机制教学示意图。最后,大学生通过优美清晰的示意图并结合人工智能,更好地理解掌握了miRNA的生成机制,激发了他们对分子生物学的热爱和兴趣,从而促进了课程思政元素与课堂教学的融合。总之,本研究为AI技术在教育中的深入应用提供了基础,并为多学科教学资源开发提供了可复制的创新模式。
【Abstract】 The artificial intelligence(AI) could quickly catch the knowledge points and latest studies of molecular biology, and vector drawing tool could draw beautiful and unambiguous schematic diagrams about molecular biology. MicroRNAs(miRNA) are the important content of molecular biology. These RNAs play a vital role in the growth and development, disease pathology, stress response of organisms including animals and plants. The mechanism of miRNA biogenesis was taken as an example to explore the process of generating and drawing the schematic diagrams of this mechanism using ERNIE Bot and Illustrator software. The results showed that the knowledge about miRNA biogenesis was rapidly obtained by ERNIE Bot, and the schematic diagrams of miRNA biogenesis drawn by Illustrator showed high resolution, bright color and accord with class teaching, which decreased the burden of teachers preparing lesson and increased the efficiency of lesson preparation. At the same time, the beautiful schematic diagrams of miRNA biogenesis with the assistance of AI helped students master the content and stimulate their interests on molecular biology, which is beneficial to the integration of ideological and political elements into the course. In conclusion, this study lays the groundwork for deeper applications of AI technology in education and provides a replicable innovative model for developing teaching resources across disciplines.
