X荧光光谱法测定钨铝合金中钨、铝元素
Determination of tungsten and aluminum elements in tungsten aluminum alloy by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry
【摘要】 采用粉末压片制样法,选择自制的7个标准样品建立校准曲线,在优化仪器工作条件的基础上,通过称样量的确定、样品粒度试验、测定时间的确定、测定元素2θ角的选择、测定元素谱线的选择、光谱干扰与基体效应的考察及准确度试验和精密度试验,建立了测定钨铝合金中钨(W)、铝(Al)元素的分析方法。该方法准确度和精密度良好,相对标准偏差<1.0%,能够满足钨铝合金中钨、铝元素的分析要求。
【Abstract】 The powder pellet method was adopted for sample preparation.Seven standard samples were self-made to establish the calibration curve.Based on the optimization of the instrument working conditions,the analytical method for tungsten and aluminum elements in tungsten aluminum alloy was established through the determination of sample weight,sample particle size test,measurement time,20 angle of the measured element,the selection of spectral lines of the measured element,and investigation of spectral interference and matrix effects,as well as accuracy and precision tests.The method has good accuracy and precision,with a relative standard deviation of less than 1.0%,which can meet the analysis requirements of tungsten and aluminum elements in tungsten aluminum alloy.
