【摘要】 随着食品与化妆品行业的快速发展，邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂（PAEs）作为常用增塑剂被广泛使用，其潜在健康风险备受关注.本文系统分析了PAEs在食品与化妆品中的种类、来源、污染现状及对人体的危害机制，重点阐述了其对内分泌系统、生殖系统、皮肤健康的影响及致癌风险.通过对比国内外监管政策与标准演变，指出当前存在的问题，并提出加强标准建设、推动绿色替代、深化毒性机制研究等建议，为保障公众健康提供参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the food and cosmetics industries, phthalate plasticizers(PAEs) are widely used as common plasticizers, and their potential health risks have attracted increasing attention. The types, sources, pollution status, and harmful mechanisms of PAEs in food and cosmetics were systematically analyzed, with a focus on their effects on the endocrine system, reproductive system, and skin health, as well as their carcinogenic risks. By comparing the evolution of regulatory policies and standards at home and abroad, the existing problems were summarized and suggestions such as strengthening standard construction, promoting green alternatives, and deepening toxicity mechanism research were put forward, in order to provide reference for safeguarding public health.更多还原
